This is to inform the field that 2019 Conference of Basic Education Researchers (CBER) accepts research entries for presentation until August 23, 2019 through online submission. Please see Division Memorandum 2019-PAR-006 which contains details on the conference and where suggested template for research entry and Regional Memorandum No. 344, s. 2019 are attached.

This is to inform the field regarding the procedure and schedule of acceptance of application for teacher I and SHS positions for SY 2019-2020. The guidelines for hiring and selection shall be based on the following:
- DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2015- Hiring Guidelines for Teacher I positions
- DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2016- Hiring Guidelines for Senior High School (SHS) Teaching Positions effective SY 2016-2017
All applicants shall submit their documents to the school head of ONLY ONE preferred nearest school and shall submit a written application supported by authenticated documents fastened in legal size and properly labeled folder.
- CSC Form 212 (revised 2017) in two copies with the latest 2×2 I.D. picture
- Certified photocopy of PRC Professional Identification Card
- Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers/Professional Board Examination for Teachers
- Certified copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Certified copy of Diploma
- Copies of Service Record, Performance Rating and School Clearance for those with teaching experience
- Certificates of specialized training, if any (NC II, NC III, TMC, TESDA, etc.)
- Certified Copy of the Voters ID and/or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School Screening Committee
- NBI Clearance
- Copy of contract if employed in the Private Schools
- Omnibus Certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted signed by the applicant
